انڈپینڈنٹ اردو نے گلگت شہر کے نواحی گاؤں نوپورا بسین میں ذوالفقار فوجی نامی اس شاعر و گلوکار کو بالآخر تلاش کر ہی لیا۔ پاکستانی فوج سے ریٹائرڈ ہونے والے ذوالفقار گلگت شہر کے نواح میں کریانے کی ایک چھوٹی سی دکان چلاتے ہیں اور شوقیہ گلوکاری اور شاعری کرتے ہیں۔ ان کی شاعری کا موضوع زیادہ تر عوامی رویے اور سماجی مسائل رہتے ہیں اور وہ اپنی شاعری کے ذریعے عوامی رویوں میں بدلاؤ لانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں۔
